As an Auxiliary Child and Youth Care Worker, you’ll assist young people as individuals or groups to solve social, emotional, developmental, behavioural and financial problems in an agency framework.
If you love working with children and are passionate about their emotional and physical health and wellbeing, then becoming a child and youth care worker could be for you.  It’s an unfortunate part of our society, but many young people suffer abuse, neglect and emotional distress and various aspects of their lives including within their family or at school. Child and youth care workers make an important difference in the lives of these young people by using their specialised skills to help promote a healthy environment and helping them to reach their full potential. 
A child care centre manager helps to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the activities of a child-care centre or service. 
Childcare workers provide care and supervision for children in programmes such as long day care and occasional care in child-care centres, hospitals and educational centres.
An Early Childhood Development Worker plans ,organises and conducts activities to help pre-primary school students to develop a wide variety of skills including speech, reading, writing, motor skills and social interaction
