Get the Required Qualifications

To become a specialist cardiologist in South Africa, you will need the following qualifications:

  1. Certificate (National Senior Certificate or National Certificate (V) with Bachelor’s Degree Pass)
  2. Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor of Medicine)
  3. Post-graduate Degree (Master of Medicine in Cardiothoracic Surgery)
